20.07.2013The visit of the Technical Museum of Podkrusnohorsko in Most – of the mining open-air museum which offers to us an attractive experience of the visit of the unique technical works of the Most region. Its aim is to show visitors the history of mining and processing of coal in the central part of the Severoceska uhelna panev (the North Bohemia Coal Field). Then lunch (you can choose from 3 main dishes but it is not included in price) and in the afternoon the visit of the unique Castle JEZERI that is ranked without question among the most interesting buildings in the Czech Republic. This formerly ostentatious seat of the Lobkowicz was the meaningful cultural and social centre. In the recent infamous past it experienced the lack of interest and long-time decadence. At the end of 1990´s the restoration was initiated there but with respect to the size of the building it is carried out quite slowly. Despite this entanglement they decided for accessing of the Castle for the public, at the cost of many provisional arrangements and non-standard conditions. As a reward for the understanding and passing all sorts of hurdles there is absolutely extraordinary experience of seeing this former “Pearl of the Krusne Mountains (the Ore Mountains) in its genuineness and originality.
