Accommodation/Meal arrangements

MEALS

Participants will be provided only with breakfasts (see the conditions in the price list). All participants will have the opportunity to have their lunch in the university canteen for 70 CZK and dinners (the price depends on the restaurant´s meal offer) in restaurants close to the university dorms or downtown. Lunches can be paid in cash.  Only government scholarship holders will get special meal coupons for lunches and dinners.

ACCOMMODATION

It is possible to apply for accommodation in single or double rooms.  Accommodation in a two-bedroom suite with shared bathroom and toilet facilities will be reserved for  all participants in the university dorms, for international students (except of scholarship holders) from Saturday, July 6, 2013 to Saturday, July 27, 2013. Accommodation for scholarship holders will be reserved from Sunday, July 7 to Saturday, July 27, 2013. The suite has a small refrigerator, a small stove, and a set of dishes. In addition, there are 2 kitchens on each floor with 2 stoves (each with 2 hotplates). Bed linen will be available.

CHECK-IN

You can register (scholarship holders from Sunday, July 8) at the university dorms from Saturday, July 6 to Sunday, July 7, 2013 until 10 p.m. At the check-in, you will receive your room number, a survival kit (containing essential information for a visitor to Pilsen), your timetable and the daily programme.

At the check-in each participant MUST PAY A DEPOSIT OF CZK 500 (in cash)! This money will be returned back to the participant during check-out (in the case if you will leave your room without any damage). Should you arrive after 10:00 p.m., please go directly to the dorms where the front desk clerk (Recepce) will have a record of your reservation and room number.
