Accommodation
All international lecturers will be accommodated in single rooms at the university dorms which will be available from Friday, July 5, 2013, to Saturday, July 27, 2013.
CHECK-IN
You can register at the university dorms on Friday, July 5 (after 2 p.m.), Saturday July 6 (after 8 a.m.), Sunday July 7. At the check-in, lecturer MUST PAY A DEPOSIT OF CZK 500 (in cash)! This money will be returned back to the lecturer during check-out. At the check-in lecturer receives a room number, survival kit (containing essential information for a visitor to Pilsen).

Saturday, July 27, 2013, 11 a.m.
Accommodation is in a two-bedroom suite with shared bathroom and toilet facilities. The suite has a small refrigerator, a small stove and a set of dishes. In addition, there are 2 kitchens on each floor with 2 stoves (each with 2 hotplates). Bed linen will be available.

Tram Pass (in Czech: tramvajenka)
If you want the Tram Pass - please mark (tick) appropriate column at the application form.
The Tram Pass will be sold from:
Friday July 5, from 4 pm - 8 pm, at the Dormitory: Máchova 20.
Saturday and Sunday July 6, July 7, from 9 am - 8 pm, at the Dormitory: Máchova 20
Monday, Tuesday July 8, 9 from 7 am - 6 pm, the Reception Desk at: Univerzitní 22.
The Tram pass is valid from Sunday July 7 until Friday July 26. Photograph is not needed.
Price: adults (from age 26 incl.): CZK 402.
