Participation fee covers: tuition (92 teaching hours), provision of course materials, accommodation (in a single room) and breakfasts, 1 whole day and 3 half day excursions, afternoon, evening programmes, administration fee, card for public transport (valid from Sunday, July 11 till Friday, July 30), services of reception team and ISLS office members
The fee does not cover: travel to/from Pilsen, health insurance, visa (for students with visa duty), lunches and dinners.
Meals (optional)
Lunches will be available for purchase at the campus cafeteria. We do not provide dinners.

The payment should be done in 14 days after receiving confirmation letter stating student´s ID at the latest. After receiving the payment we will provide student with invitation letter (if necessary).

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the participant cancels his/her attendance at the 21st ISLS before July 2, 2010, the organiser will charge the cancellation fee of 20% from the total sum paid. After this date the tuition fee will not be refunded.
Language courses will take place only if there is a minimum of 5 students in a course. The ISLS organiser stipulates the right to join the language courses if necessary.
