TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Arrival
From Prague to Pilsen: The ISLS organises transport from Prague International Airport to Pilsen for participants arriving on Friday, July 5, 2013. Members of the Reception Team will be at Vaclav Havel Airport Prague from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. on Friday, July 5. They will escort you to the dorms in Pilsen in a university bus. This service is free of charge.
In case of interest in this service please send following information to Mrs Lenka Kantarova (lenkakan@rek.zcu.cz ): Flight No., Air company and time of arrival of the plane to Prague airport. Deadline for enrollment for this service is Friday, June 21, 2013. This service is only provided on July 5, 2013.
From Pilsen to Prague: Except for the bus on July 5, 2013 no transportation is arranged to/from Pilsen for participants. Each person is responsible for his or her own travel to Pilsen.
